Can I Keep My Existing Phone Number?

Yes! We can port your existing phone number to our VoIP service. It generally takes between 15 and 30 business days for Port Orders to complete. For LNP requests we must have a signed Letter of Authorization on file from you. You can download our transfer form right here. Use of an analog fax machine is an unsupported feature of our service. Users of our service have had varying degrees of success, but we cannot guarantee any specific unit.
