Cannot Send Email

This is likely due to port 25 being blocked. Currently all but our own outbound smtp servers are blocked on our network to prevent attackers from using our ultra-high speed connections for spamming.

Ultimately, users can have two options:

1. Change your settings in your email client to use an alternate outgoing port rather than port 25. Most modern hosts have another port that you can use to authenticate. Contact your email hoster to find this out.

2. Use smtp.condointernet.net to send out email. However, In order to do this, the user must turn on smtp authentication with a validly setup @condointernet.net email account. Contact us to setup an email account at support@condointernet.net

If you are using an @condointernet.net email address here are your email client settings:

Account Type: POP3/SMTP
Incoming Server Address: pop.condointernet.net
Outgoing Server Address: smtp.condointernet.net
Username: Your full email address including @condointernet.net
SMTP Authentication is required to be ON
