About CondoInternet.net

CondoInternet.net was formed by our parent company, Spectrum Networks INC when we realized that there were too few options for consumers in the downtown metro Seattle area. Our work with Spectrum Networks brought us into contact with many landlords where we installed high speed commercial service and we came to realize that the residential options were very poor as well. It seemed only natural to expand into high density residential since we already had nearby network assets and thus CondoInternet.net was born. Unlike many other local providers we are in a unique position as our parent company, Spectrum Networks, is one of the largest users of IP transit services in the state bringing volume pricing and a carrier grade network that allow us to provide the high speeds and high reliability that CondoInternet.net customers are accustomed to.

The most important service aspect we brought with us from our commercial operations is our network operations mantra of "we don't want to be bothered." The idea of "we don't want to be bothered" came from the idea that it was silly for many providers to dump money into customer service to service calls that resulted from a low-quality product. As a result, we concentrate more of our own capital on infrastructure redundancy and capacity as we have found this prevent problems (and the related calls) to the point that most of our users never call us post installation and everyone is happy! While we are friendly and very responsive to our customers, we know our customers would rather not have to call in the first place!
